Didn't know what to expect as it was my first online lesson but it went very well. I was easy to follow and a great way of learning.

I'm learning more and more with each lesson I take. The information is quite advanced and I thought I would not be able to take it in, but the way the tutors talk through the information and give examples really helps and I'm learning a lot.

The Online Training offers a very helpful session for anyone to attend as it. One session tells you how to protect yourself online against viruses and such like, a great lesson.

I have just attended my first Live Internet Training session. Thought it was excellent even though I was having problems with my internet connection that night and missed some of the class. Picked up the recording though. Really good to have someone speaking to you rather than just reading from a text book all the time. The fact you can interact with the tutor there and then is very helpful. Have booked another 2 sessions and looking forward to them also.

Very informative but the sound quality was low. However I understand it is difficult to get the right balance and provide for those without broadband. This aside the session has certainly given me food for thought for the future on things to do to make sure my own business does not fall victim to security breaches.
